FULL DESCRIPTION

Waggoner Behavioral Health provides high quality ABA treatment sessions. Our community at Waggoner Behavioral Health is supportive, kind, purposeful, and knowledgeable. In relation to the field, Waggoner Behavioral Health Clinical Treatment Team is considered a high achieving and high performing team. We are looking for treatment team members to grow with our clinical team!

Logistics:

Gurnee, IL Office
Full-time or Part-time 20-40 hours per week
$20-22/hr prior to RBT certification, $22/hr for RBT certification holders
Full-time M-F Between 7:45AM-5:15PM Sa 9AM-1PM*
Part-time Tu, Th, Fr 1:00PM-5:00PM
Part-time Sa 9AM-1PM

*Flexible start and end times for the right fit

Job Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct support of implementation of 1:1 or 2:1 treatment
Collect and enter data into EHR (CentralReach) or paper data
Prepare materials and stimuli for treatment sessions
Breakdown, clean, and organize client materials and treatment environment
Support treatment sessions
Provide front office support as needed

What we’d need from you:

Desire to obtain and maintain RBT Certification (with our help, of course!)
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
Ability to pass background check
Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
Candidate must be highly dependable, adhere to HIPAA policies, and show an interest in professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Must highly value integrity and precision
