Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. In this energetic position, you will be the backbone of our office environment, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer support. Your expertise in data entry and technical proficiency will contribute significantly to our success. Prior landscaping company admnistrative experience a plus.

Duties

Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls efficiently and providing exceptional customer service.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain organized records. Proficiency in excel is a plus
Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Oversee office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments with precision.
Provide clerical support, including copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Not required
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining productivity standards.
Manage multiple emails, the ability to write emails, and communicate clearly with clients and other team member
Prior landscaping companies admnistrative experience a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
