Compensation: $160,000 - $220,000
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Back End Engineer to join our team and take ownership of different parts of our stack. You will be working alongside our CTO on all aspects of the current product and future product development. You will work directly with the founding team and leverage your experiences and abilities to inform decisions from product, technology, and strategy. You will help us build the foundation of this company: its culture, its processes, and its practices. There are a ton of interesting problems to solve, so come hungry. What Success Look Like
You write, review and ship code in production. Your employer or client’s success depends on the software you build.
You use Generative AI tools on a daily basis to enhance the quality and efficacy of your software and non-software deliverables.

Successful candidates must have expertise in Python, Terraform, and GCP, and experience with some of the following:
Backend Frameworks and Technologies - Node.js, NuxtJS, Express.js or Python
Cloud Platforms - Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or Vercel
Programming languages - Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go
RPCs - REST, gRPC or GraphQL
Databases - SQL, NoSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Firebase
CI / CD - Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab or similar
Source code versioning tools such as Git or Perforce
Microservices architecture
