Full Job Description

We’re seeking a Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably within an agency setting. This is a hands-on role for a designer ready to level up, contributing to impactful brand identities, campaign visuals, and pitch presentations alongside a collaborative, cross-functional creative team.

What We’re Looking For:

A visually fluent and technically sharp designer who’s ready to learn and also ready to make their mark, someone who can transform strategic insights into compelling creative. You should be comfortable working across print, digital, and brand systems, balancing design fundamentals with a sense of style, storytelling, and polish.

Key Responsibilities:

Design with agility and precision across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Format and organize copy clearly and elegantly, with a deep understanding of typographic hierarchy, flow, and spatial balance
Develop cohesive brand identity systems, logos (primary + secondary), icons, color palettes, typography, patterns, layout systems, and overall look-and-feel
Build pitch decks, brand guides, and campaign concepts that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
Participate in client-facing presentations, discovery sessions, and creative pitches when needed
Collaborate closely with Art Director and the Creative Director to bring brand ideas to life
Communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally

What You Bring to the Table:

A collaborative mindset and positive attitude: you’re adaptable, respectful, and motivated by team success
The ability to take feedback thoughtfully and iterate with intention
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A personal design perspective: you’re aware of trends, but also developing your own creative voice
Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
Strong organizational skills and a passion for problem-solving through design

Additional Details:

All creative roles operate in a Mac-based environment
Candidates must provide a strong, relevant online portfolio showcasing their skills and thought process
