Float Pool RN:
Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or a Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) is REQUIRED
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED
At least 1 year of acute care hospital nursing experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED
Experience in multiple inpatient settings such as ICU, PCU, Med-Surg, and/or Telemetry is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Ability to adapt quickly across units and provide safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment is PREFERRED
ICU RN:
Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) with current BLS and ACLS
certifications are REQUIRED
Minimum of 1 year of ICU or acute care hospital experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED
Experience caring for critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions is PREFERRED
Strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and ability to respond effectively in high-acuity situations is PREFERRED
PCU RN:
Active RN license in the State of Arkansas or Compact State RN License is REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) with current BLS and ACLS certifications are REQUIRED
Minimum of 1 year of PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care hospital experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED
Experience providing care for patients requiring continuous monitoring and intermediate-level acuity management is PREFERRED
Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment is PREFERRED
