The Solution Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of credit union and dealer partners within a defined geographic territory, holding dual responsibility for both the lender and dealer relationship verticals. This role is unique within the organization — where other client-facing roles focus exclusively on lenders or dealers, the Solution Manager is accountable for both, requiring exceptional versatility, business acumen, and relationship depth.
The Solution Manager drives client retention, product utilization, revenue growth, and market penetration across the full CUDC product portfolio. This role also serves as an internal champion for AI adoption, embedding AI literacy into daily workflows and client-facing consultations to elevate value delivery.
