Ricupero, Inc. is a growing design-build-maintain landscape company serving the Pittsburgh region. We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Plant & Material Coordinator to support our landscape operations, seasonal color programs, and plant procurement efforts.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong horticultural background who enjoys working with plants, coordinating materials, and helping create beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate plant material for landscape installation projects
- Source and order quality trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and specialty plant material
- Assist with seasonal color programs, annual flower installations, and decorative plantings
- Verify plant quality and accuracy of incoming orders
- Work with management to ensure plant material is available for upcoming projects
- Help organize and maintain plant inventory and material staging areas
- Support landscape crews and project managers with plant-related needs
- Maintain vendor relationships and communicate with nurseries and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Strong plant identification knowledge required
- Ability to distinguish and select quality plant material
- Understanding of annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and landscape plant care
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Passion for horticulture and creating attractive outdoor environments
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, nursery operations, greenhouse management, garden center operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience sourcing and purchasing plant material
- Experience with seasonal color design and installation is a plus
