Coverage Model

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluation, treatment, and management of emergency department patients
- Assessment of acute medical and traumatic presentations
- Performance of procedures within APP scope of practice
- Collaboration with Emergency Medicine physicians, nursing teams, hospitalists, and consulting specialists
- Participation in patient flow, admissions, transfers, and disposition planning
- Documentation and order management within Cerner EMR
