About the Role
We are excited to invite a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated and collaborative team of clinicians and administrators. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral services in center, home, and community settings to individuals and families across:
As a key member of our clinical team, the BCBA will develop, implement, and supervise ABA treatment plans. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, create individualized plans, monitor progress, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality care is delivered.

Key Duties
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs and other staff
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education, guidance, and progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement
- Assist with center-based services and programming as needed
- Apply ABA research to stay at the forefront of the field
- Participate in company training
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) in PA
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field
- Experience conducting assessments, supervising therapists, and implementing ABA treatment plans
