CNC Machinist / CAD‑CAM Programmer
We are seeking a top‑tier CNC Machinist who thrives in a precision‑focused environment operating under AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards. Key Responsibilities
· Full‑process machining: programming, setup, operation, and in‑process inspection
· Create efficient toolpaths using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
· Program and run Haas CNC lathes with live tooling, including multi‑operation and complex geometry parts
· Optimize tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies for maximum efficiency and accuracy
· Hold tight tolerances and maintain consistent quality in an AS9100 & ISO 9001‑compliant workflow
· Complete jobs independently from start to finish, including documentation, traceability, and process control requirements
Qualifications
· Strong CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes
· Hands‑on experience with Haas lathes featuring live tooling
· Proficient in CAD/CAM programming
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong understanding of materials, tooling, GD&T, and precision machining
· Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements, including documentation, inspection, and process discipline
