Our platform is purpose-built to serve leading brands, licensors, marketplaces, and platforms facilitating primary sales, secondary resale, grading, and authentication across the global collectibles ecosystem.
The Role
As a BDR/SDR at Endstate Authentic, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings with potential enterprise clients—brands, third-party authenticators, and marketplace partners in the collectibles, luxury goods, and authentication space. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, conducting outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification to identify high-value opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to identify and engage target accounts
- Qualify inbound leads
- Lead initial discovery conversations to uncover business drivers, pain points, and
- needs
- Build and maintain targeted account lists focused on brands and platforms with counterfeit, engagement, or resale challenges
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with company leadership to understand product capabilities and customer needs
- Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven success with cold calling, email outreach, and multi-step prospecting sequences
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a consultative approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Resilience, coachability, and a results-oriented mindset
- Early-career professional motivated by growth, learning, and curiosity
Bonus Points (Highly Valued)
- Experience in or knowledge of the collectibles, luxury goods, or authentication space
- Familiarity with brands or companies that experience high levels of counterfeiting (e.g., luxury fashion, trading cards, vinyl records, sneakers, watches)
- Understanding of peer-to-peer resale markets and secondary market dynamics
- Previous exposure to blockchain, NFTs, or digital authentication technologies
- Network or relationships within the collectibles or luxury product community
- Experience selling to or working for companies in the authentication, grading, or marketplace space

Compensation & Benefits
Salary & OTE
- Base Salary: $58,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience and location)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $120,000 at 100% quota attainment
