Brock DeVries Agency of American Family Insurance is seeking a positive, motivated individual to join our top-performing team as a full-time Sales Representative in Ramsey, MN. If you are passionate about helping people and protecting their dreams, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Sales Focused:

Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance.
Meet with new business prospects and deliver compelling presentations.
Assist with quoting personal lines insurance and follow up with customers to complete the sales process.
Build relationships with referral partners such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents.
Maintain product knowledge and create brokerage quotes and applications.
Visit properties for field underwriting and take photos.
Cross-sell to current customers.

-Service Oriented:

Assist with incoming phone calls and help resolve billing issues and policy transactions.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

-Education & Experience:

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must obtain property & casualty & life insurance licenses within 30 days of job offer
Candidate does not officially start until licensed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary (range based on experience), commission, and bonuses.
Base salary is $50,000 + commission + bonus
Employer-matched retirement plan.
Paid Time Off (PTO).
Paid holidays.

On Site Gym

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Summer Fridays 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
