Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hydro Jetting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hydro jetting, drain cleaning, and performing camera inspections. They should possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and be willing to work long hours.
Position: Lead Hydro Jetting Technician
We’re looking for an experienced Hydro Jetting Technician to take on a lead role within our service team. This position is ideal for someone who not only has strong technical skills, but can also take ownership of jobs, represent the company professionally in the field, and help drive service opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform advanced hydro jetting and drain cleaning services for commercial and residential clients
- Conduct detailed camera inspections to accurately diagnose sewer and drain issues
- Lead jobs in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Identify additional service needs and confidently recommend solutions to customers
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding findings, scope of work, and next steps
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean, working condition
- Accurately document jobs, notes, and recommendations using service software
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with hydro jetting, drain cleaning, and sewer camera inspections
- Ability to work independently and take the lead on service calls
- Confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to upsell or recommend additional services when appropriate
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working long hours and handling physically demanding work
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00

Compliance Requirements
· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
· Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
