In addition the BBB acts as an intermediary between businesses and consumers and educates the public on scams & frauds and how to ne a savvy consumer.

The BBB of Metro Washington DC & Eastern PA is looking for a Business Relations Consultant to join our team in Center City Philadelphia. You would consult with Business Owners helping them to build their online marketing presence to stay competitive in the marketplace, while demonstrating a reputation of trust, credibility and high quality service. This position requires a results driven mentality with significant time on the telephone.

Qualifications:

One year of sales experience with the ability to make a sales presentation over the phone. Cold Calling and Prospecting skills a must along with good verbal and listening skills. Being organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent time management skills. Strong computer skills. Documented success in closing sales. Be a person of honesty, ethics and integrity. Possess high energy and a desire to achieve top results. Experience with cold calling and especially prospecting for new business.

Positions are also available in Harrisburg, PA, Bethlehem, PA and Scranton, PA
