Monday–Friday | Inpatient | No Nights | No Weekends

HonorHealth is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Inpatient Palliative Care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care for hospitalized patients with serious illness while partnering with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to improve quality of life and support patients and families through complex medical decision-making.

Position Highlights

Monday–Friday schedule
Primarily inpatient practice
No nights, weekends, or holiday call
Collaborative interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, social work, case management, and chaplain services
Manage symptom control, goals-of-care conversations, and care planning
Epic EMR
Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, CME, retirement, and paid time off

Qualifications

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care NP preferred; Family NP considered based on experience)
Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in Palliative Care, Hospice, Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Geriatrics, or a related specialty preferred
