Join the Marriage Recovery Center:

The Marriage Recovery Center (MRC) is seeking a compassionate, experienced Coach, Counselor, Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Professional to facilitate our Women's Restoration Program.This trauma-informed group program is designed for women recovering from emotionally destructive relationships, including emotional abuse, coercive control, narcissistic relationship dynamics, and chronic relational trauma.As a Women's Restoration Program Facilitator, you will guide women through MRC's established curriculum by providing education, coaching, accountability, and compassionate support in a safe, engaging virtual group environment.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team committed to helping individuals experience lasting healing and healthy relationship change.About the Marriage Recovery CenterThe Marriage Recovery Center specializes in helping individuals and couples recover from emotional abuse and unhealthy relationship dynamics through coaching, assessments, educational programs, and specialized recovery services.MRC is a Christian-based organization serving individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and faith traditions. We strive to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care while honoring each client's values and beliefs.We have developed a comprehensive model of care that guides all of our services. Team members are expected to collaborate within MRC's established philosophy and provide clients with a consistent, high-quality experience.This is a remote, independent contractor position. We are seeking a facilitator who can commit approximately 6 hours of availability per week to MRC. Client referrals and additional opportunities will grow based on program demand and organizational needs.About the RoleThe Women's Restoration Program is a structured virtual group facilitated through Zoom.Facilitators are responsible for leading participants through MRC's curriculum, encouraging meaningful discussion, fostering emotional safety, providing healthy accountability, and helping participants apply practical concepts to their personal healing journey.This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, facilitating groups, and helping women move toward greater confidence, emotional health, and relational wellness.Responsibilities

Facilitate weekly Women's Restoration Program groups via Zoom.
Maintain approximately 6 hours of weekly availability for client sessions (caseload builds gradually).
Follow and facilitate MRC's established curriculum.
Create a safe, engaging, and supportive group environment.
Collaborate with the MRC leadership team.
Participate in consultation, training, and team meetings.
Provide occasional educational blogs or short videos for MRC resources (paid separately).
Maintain timely documentation and communication.
Submit a completed W-9 (1099 Independent Contractor position).

QualificationsRequired

Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Coaching, or a related behavioral health field.
Experience facilitating groups and/or providing individual coaching or counseling.
Strong understanding of emotional abuse, trauma recovery, attachment theory, and relational dynamics.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
Comfortable providing virtual services through Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications

Five or more years of counseling, coaching, or clinical experience.
Experience working with survivors of emotional abuse or relational trauma.
Training or certification in one or more trauma-informed approaches, such as:
Attachment-based therapies
EMDR
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Somatic approaches
Experience integrating faith and psychology when appropriate.
Strong teaching, coaching, and psychoeducational skills.
