Full Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Graphic Artist/Team Lead is the primary creative professional responsible for developing compelling visual communications that advance The Solomon Foundation's mission. This position leads the creation of assets across digital, print, social media, email, web, and events while ensuring brand excellence and consistency. In addition to service as the organization's lead graphic artist, this position provides day-to-day leadership for the marketing team by coordinating priorities, owning the marketing content calendar, reviewing creative work, and helping ensure projects are completed on time and a a high level of quality.

Formal personnel management responsibilities remain with the SVP/Chief Strategy Officer.

**We are a 501c3 Church Extension fund, so our clients will be Christian Churches within the Restoration Movement.

**You must be a current member of a local non-denominational Christian Church or Church of Christ.

Duties:

· Design, produce and maintain creative assets for digital, print, web, email, social media, presentations, signage, and events.

· Serve as steward of The Solomon Foundation brand across all communications.

· Own the development, management, and execution of the marketing content calendar.

· Coordinate marketing priorities and timelines with the Chief Strategy Officer.

· Provide day-to-day team leadership for two marketing team members.

· Review creative work for quality, consistency, and brand standards.

· Coordinate workloads, mentor peers, and improve workflow efficiency.

· Maintain website content and assist with email marketing and social media.

· Support conferences and events through creative design, environmental graphics, and production.

· Coordinate with outside vendors, printers, photographers, and other creative partners.

· Leverage AI and emerging creative technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.

· Manage projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.

· Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, email communications, landing pages, forms, workflows, and contact lists.

· Oversee the organization's digital presence across email, social media, and web platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.

· Track campaign analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
