This is an opportunity to join Vye Health and run your own independent medical practice — seeing patients cash pay or through insurance contracts that Vye holds and manages on your behalf. You bring the clinical expertise; we handle everything it takes to keep a practice running.

Women aren't underserved in healthcare because there aren't enough clinicians who care. They're underserved because the clinicians who care are stuck in systems that don't give them the time, the tools, or the flexibility to do the job properly. Fifteen-minute slots. Symptoms that get minimized. Hormonal and metabolic complexity that gets reduced to a prescription and a follow-up in six months.

If you've been that clinician for your patients — the one they trust, the one they refer their friends to, the one who actually reads the full picture — you know what this population needs and you know how to deliver it. The question is whether you have the infrastructure to do it on your own terms.

That's what Vye is for.

What the work looks like:

You run your own panel practicing root-cause, functional, and integrative women's health the way you know is right. Hormones, perimenopause, thyroid, metabolic health, fertility, autoimmune, the chronic conditions that get dismissed or undertreated elsewhere. Sixty-minute intakes. Real longitudinal relationships. The full diagnostic picture: DUTCH, hormone panels, thyroid antibodies, fasting insulin, micronutrient, GI-MAP — whatever the patient actually needs.

Telehealth, fully remote. You practice the way you think is right. You define your schedule. Your pay is variable based on the patients you see.

What we take off your plate:

Payer contracts and credentialing: United, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Humana, Anthem — or cash pay, or both
Revenue cycle management — billing, coding, collections, denials
Malpractice coverage, non-compete challenges, DEA and multi-state licensing
EHR, AI scribe, lab ordering — Quest, LabCorp, Genova, DUTCH, supplements, compounders
Patient acquisition: website, SEO, paid digital — we fill your panel

You don't need to hire anyone or figure any of this out. It's already built.

The economics:

Production-based, no cap. At 300 patients, you're typically clearing $750K+ — more than double most employed salaries in this space. No platform fees taken out of your pocket. Vye takes a percentage of practice revenue; everything else is yours.

Who this is for:

MD, DO, or NP with an active license in at least one US state (telehealth-eligible)
Background in internal medicine, family medicine, OB/GYN, or a closely related specialty
Training or certification in functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine — IFM, ACLM, ABOIM, ABIHM, A4M, AFMC, or equivalent
A genuine clinical focus on women's health
DEA active or in process
Someone who wants to own their practice, not fill a seat

A note on the founding cohort

We're starting with 20 clinicians across specialties. Small on purpose — founding clinicians shape how the model develops, and that conversation only works at a small scale.
