Artist Requirements
This opportunity is about the publishing industry, the process of producing and distributing content—such as books, journals, music, or digital media—to the public.
A fundamental requirement of this position is the ability to understand that book publishing is about customers' wants and needs, and our job is to reflect those needs in the products we produce.
The most important aspect of this job is the ability to reflect and honor a customer's wishes, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, political views, or personal beliefs. The jobs we create and publish are about the public, the consumers, the businesses we serve, and never about our "personal opinions".
Publishing involves critical thinking across all stages, such as editing, design, manufacturing (or digital formatting), marketing, and sales. Creators can distribute their work through traditional publishing houses, self-publishing platforms, or hybrid services
