We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Video Projection Mapping Programmer to join our creative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing captivating projection mapping experiences that transform physical spaces into immersive visual environments. Your expertise in software development, system architecture, and multimedia integration will enable you to craft stunning visual displays for live events, exhibitions, and artistic installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical skills with artistic vision, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling through cutting-edge projection mapping techniques. Responsibilities
- Develop and program complex video projection mapping systems using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Q lab, MadMapper, or Q server.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to translate creative concepts into functional projection setups, ensuring precise alignment and synchronization of visual content.
- Program fire Effects, floodlights, movers and string lights to go along with the projection mapping and music.
- Integrate various hardware components including projectors, sensors, and controllers via protocols like DMX, Art-Net, or OSC to achieve seamless multimedia displays.
- Proven experience in multimedia programming with a strong portfolio of projection mapping projects or related visual installations.
Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
