Full Job Description

Get To Know Dayspring

In 1987 Dayspring opened Dayspring Village, a licensed 94 bed Limited Mental Health Assisted Living Facility. Our Staff and leadership teams are made up of compassionate, caring individuals who are dedicated to assisting each of our residents with a continuous course of redirection in their daily skills, to reduce symptoms, and improve the quality of life.

In 2016 we opened our second facility, Dayspring Senior Living. Our desire was to continue to serve the members of our community by providing a family owned, rural set Assisted Living Facility for the Elderly Population of Nassau County, FL. We take great pride in the personal relationships that we have formed with the local community and look forward to continuing building upon to them to better care for our residents and their families.

The Challenge

Our goal to provide the best care and service possible is an ongoing one that we continue to strive towards. Our Admin Team is the backbone of our organization. They ensure that our other teams (Client Management, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Activities, etc.) have the support they need to go above and beyond for our residents. They also guarantee that our residents and their families have the support, encouragement, and tools they need to succeed in their personal goals.

The Skill set:

Degree in Administration and Finance
Experience in a professional office setting.
1 year experience in Assisted Living or Healthcare
Familiarity with Long Term Care in the state of Florida
Willingness to learn Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Rules and Regulations
Willingness to learn Revenue Optimization

The Job Duties:

The Chief Administrative Officer will take on responsibilities such as

Supervising the administrative issues and workflow at the business office
Ensuring we are within regulatory compliance at the office as well as the facilities
Assisting with contracts
Providing oversight of the day-to-day functions of the administrative team for the company.
You will be working with our CPA on booking, journal entries and bank reconciliations and taxes.
You must have a good working knowledge of quick books.
This position is a working supervisor and you must be able to engage with the work and become familiar with all aspects of the role.
You will report directly to the Executive Director
Must be able to use Artificial Intelligence

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: Starting Rate is 62'000 annually depending on experience.

Increases can be granted rapidly as training and experience is gained.

Location: Business Office in Hilliard, FL with travel to facilities as needed.
