About Purity Products
Purity Products is one of the most trusted names in premium nutrition. For over 30 years, we’ve built our reputation on science-backed formulations, clinically relevant ingredients, and a customer base that stays with us for decades. Our flagship products span longevity, hair and beauty, joint and mobility, energy, immunity, and whole-body health — all manufactured to the highest standards and backed by an in-house team of formulators, clinicians, and customer care specialists.
We’re entering our next chapter of growth, and we’re building the team to lead it.
Purity Products is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to help build the next stage of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, lead generation, and loyalty across our DTC health and wellness brands.
We’re a 30+year-old nutraceutical company with over two million lifetime customers and a portfolio of health and wellness brands. Inside Purity, our P2P Labs team operates with the pace and ownership of a startup — scaling Cheerific, launching new brands in beauty and wellness, and modernizing how we engage our flagship Purity customer base of more than one million email subscribers.
We’re looking for a CRM and lifecycle marketer who can think strategically and do the work. This is a hands-on role first: you’ll build flows, segment audiences, pull data, launch campaigns, and turn lifecycle strategy into real customer experiences in Klaviyo, Shopify, and the tools that matter.
There’s a lot of upside here: a large customer base ready for more modern retention practices, brands at every stage from pre-launch to mature, lead generation with room to grow, and a loyalty program waiting to be built from the ground up.
How This Role Works
This is a contract-to-hire, full-time opportunity. The role will begin as a 60-day contract engagement at $55–$65/hour, depending on experience. After the initial 60 days, if the fit is strong on both sides, the goal is to convert the role to a Purity Products position with salary, bonus eligibility, and full benefits.
We’re not looking for a short-term temp or outside consultant. We’re looking for someone who wants to build here long-term and is comfortable starting with a structured contract period so both sides can make sure the fit is right.
You’ll report to the Head of P2P Labs and work closely with brand leadership, creative resources, and our Shopify webmaster. You’ll have the stable foundation of a 30-year company behind you, with the pace and autonomy of a startup in front of you.
Location
This role is based at our Plainview, NY headquarters on Long Island. We are in-office Monday through Thursday, with a remote half-day Friday.
What You’ll Build
You’ll own the customer retention and lifecycle marketing function across multiple brands, with a focus on improving retention, LTV, subscription adoption, repeat purchase, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
That includes:
- Building and optimizing post-purchase lifecycle flows, including onboarding, habit formation, renewal, cancellation prevention, win-back, and reactivation programs
- Using cohort data and retention reporting to understand where customers drop off and what messaging or offers can bring them back
- Creating more personalized customer journeys based on behavior, preferences, purchase history, lifecycle stage, and subscription status
- Building lead generation funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, quiz funnels, referral programs, and nurture sequences
- Growing email and SMS databases and converting new leads into customers
- Designing and launching a loyalty program from scratch, including tier structure, reward mechanics, customer challenges, and gamification concepts
- Owning email and SMS campaign strategy, segmentation, creative direction, Klaviyo buildout, deployment, and performance analysis
- Partnering with paid media, creative, brand, and Shopify resources to bring lifecycle initiatives to market quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or a similar role, ideally with DTC brand experience
- Hands-on Klaviyo expertise, including flows, segmentation, dynamic content, campaign deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Shopify experience, including familiarity with subscription platforms such as ReCharge, Stay AI, Loop, or similar
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort with cohort analysis, retention reporting, churn drivers, and LTV improvement opportunities
- Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch, not just maintaining existing campaigns
- Experience with lead generation funnels that grow email/SMS databases and convert leads into customers
- Interest in loyalty programs, gamification, and customer engagement mechanics
- The ability to think strategically about why customers stay or leave, paired with the willingness to build the solution in-platform yourself
- A belief in thoughtful personalization — making emails, SMS, and customer touchpoints feel relevant to the individual, not blasted to a list
Bonus points for experience in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, CPG, or a related category; agency experience across multiple DTC brands; paid lead gen experience on Meta or TikTok; familiarity with Attentive or Postscript; loyalty platforms like Yotpo or Smile.io; and A/B testing beyond subject lines.
