What You Will Do:
Learn and Master the Foundation First Framework - Marketing, Sales, Product delivery, Financial clarity. And also the SafeHome Method - our proprietary system we use to find and eliminate electrical fire risks inside Sacramento's historic homes. Execute high-quality installations that families are counting on. Own lead flow, your close rate, your projects from start to finish, set your own schedule, communicate directly with homeowners and your dedicated administrative assistant, and present your KPI data weekly so the team always knows exactly where we all stand.
What You Will Learn:
Most journeymen spend their entire career getting better at one thing: the work. Here you build an entirely different stack. Meta ads, brand building, sales mastery, premium pricing, objection handling, leadership of your dedicated assistant, project management, financial clarity, P&L statements, customer lifetime value, high performance mindset, networking, and AI tools and automation.
By year four you are not just a better electrician. You are a fully equipped operator ready to launch and scale your own business
What You Will Earn:
- $40-$80/hr based on your production (see compensation structure below)
- 3% project management commission on gross margin once you hit $40k installed per month
- 3% sales commission on gross margin for contracts you personally sell.
-3% additional commission on any upsells or friends and family referral contracts.
- Spiffs for five-star reviews, door hanger contracts, and referral card contracts

You are a CA licensed journeyman electrician with 5-10 years of residential field experience. You have worked in older homes where the wiring is unpredictable and code calls require real judgment.
