The JD Edwards Techno Functional Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to identify, analyze, develop, and implement enterprise solutions that support organizational objectives. Duties include analyzing business requirements, designing and developing new or enhanced JDE applications, supporting Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (TMS) processes, troubleshooting system issues, developing reports and integrations, conducting testing and deployment activities, and providing ongoing technical support and maintenance while ensuring adherence to established development standards and best practices.

How success is defined:
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs across Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (TMS).
- Develop, configure, and test JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, reports, integrations, and enhancements using E1 development tools, including UBEs, BSFNs, BI Publisher, and Orchestrator.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, integration, and production issues to minimize business disruption and ensure system reliability.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications and support CNC-related activities, including package builds, deployments, and Electronic Software Updates (ESUs).
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and alignment of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements to support application development and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and business users to design and deliver scalable, integrated JD Edwards solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system validation, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards, business objectives, and established development practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, project status updates, and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and system support.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements, providing technical support and training, and maintaining current knowledge of JD Edwards technologies, tools, and development methodologies.
- Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 7+ years of progressive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 experience in Business Analysis, Application Development, and ERP support environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions across two or more functional areas, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (TMS).
- Strong experience gathering business requirements, developing functional and technical specifications, and translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Proficiency with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development tools and technologies, including Data Dictionary, Business Views, Business Functions (C and NER), UBEs, BI Publisher, Orchestrator Studio, Groovy scripting, and application retrofitting.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, Business Services (BSSV), Orchestrations, XML, and third-party applications, including WMS and TMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture, environments, deployments, security, package builds, ESUs, Server Manager, and coordination of CNC-related activities.
- Proficiency in SQL development, SQL Views, data analysis, application troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and root-cause resolution.
- Experience configuring, administering, or supporting JD Edwards infrastructure components, including Enterprise Server, JAS/HTML, AIS, BSSV, WebLogic, and related environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team while promoting knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings.
Compensation Range: $118,000 - $125,000
Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location
