BEPC is actively seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect 3 to support a large-scale enterprise data management initiative in Austin, TX. This role will focus on enterprise data architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), ETL development, metadata management, and enterprise information management best practices.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-level data integration and MDM solutions utilizing Informatica technologies and data modeling tools.Position SummaryThe Enterprise Architect 3 will provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data management solutions. This position requires deep expertise in Informatica ETL development, Master Data Management, data architecture, metadata management, and data governance practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing enterprise data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise data architecture solutions
- Lead Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, architecture, and implementation initiatives
- Design and develop advanced Informatica PowerCenter ETL solutions
- Define and implement Enterprise Information Management (EIM) best practices
- Develop and maintain enterprise data models using Erwin, ERStudio, or equivalent tools
- Architect scalable data integration, metadata management, and data governance solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and solution strategies
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications
- Support data quality, data governance, and master data initiatives
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and recommend enterprise solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance across multiple projects and technical teams
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of advanced Informatica and ETL development experience
- 8+ years of experience with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) best practices
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
- 8+ years of experience developing custom Informatica PowerCenter solutions
- 8+ years of experience with Erwin, ERStudio, or comparable data modeling tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience
- 5+ years of experience installing and configuring Informatica Metadata Manager architecture
- 5+ years of experience architecting enterprise Master Data Management solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
