What do you need to be successful?

You have a University Degree in Physical Therapy
You are able to obtain a state license
You have strong verbal/written communication skills and have the ability to work with different personalities
You use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You have demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
You have a valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle

What would your day look like at Encore Rehabilitation?

You will assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological and orthopedic disorders and injuries
You will facilitate a Plan of Care for clients meeting a rehab goal
You will help patients in establishing and meeting meeting meaningful goals
You will create and implement individualized treatment plans based o analysis and clinical reasoning
You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational days; training sessions, and establishing personal networks.
