Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Endocrinologist, where you will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing complex hormonal disorders. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations, focusing on endocrine-related conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal issues.
Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating medication management, lifestyle modifications, and advanced therapies like hormone replacement or botulinum toxin treatments.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical imaging tools to monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, surgeons, cardiologists, and mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Participate in outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations, ensuring seamless continuity of care across settings.
Engage in clinical research projects to contribute to the evolving field of endocrinology and improve evidence-based practices.
Provide patient education on disease management, preventive care, and health coaching strategies to empower individuals in their wellness journeys.

Skills

Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and data retrieval.
Strong knowledge of physiology related to endocrine functions and the ability to interpret diagnostic radiology images like CT scans pertinent to endocrine disorders.
Experience with advanced procedures including ultrasound-guided biopsies or minimally invasive treatments like botulinum toxin injections.
Familiarity with medical coding (CPT and ICD coding) for accurate billing and documentation purposes.
Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings.
Critical care experience is advantageous for managing complex cases requiring perioperative or ICU-level attention.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols.
