About the Program

ZiMAD, a global mobile gaming company, is launching an original game design course for those who want to build a career in the mobile gaming industry.

This is not an internship in the classical sense. It is an intensive educational program led by industry practitioners — featuring real-world tasks, mentorship, and a direct path to employment for the top participants.

What We Offer

Free training: A 2-3 month intensive course taught by people who actually make games, not just teach theory.
Real-world tasks: You’ll work with actual game mechanics, data, and prototypes — not just training exercises.
Employment: The best graduates receive a full-time job offer.
Flexible schedule: 2-3 classes per week, compatible with studies or another job.
Mentorship: Personalized feedback, project reviews, and help building your portfolio.

You are our candidate if:

You are a fan of mobile games. You play a lot, notice details, and understand what separates a good game from a bad one — even if you can’t yet articulate it in professional terms.
You are comfortable with math and analytical thinking. Numbers, probabilities, system balancing — this is something you are fond of.
You actively use AI tools and are ready to learn how to apply them in your work. For us, AI is a force multiplier, and we’re looking for people who share that mindset.
You think systematically: you see how one design decision affects the entire player experience.
You have your own prototypes — board games, digital, or even on paper. Not required, but will be a big plus.
No prior game industry experience is required. We care about potential, not your resume.
