Job Summary:
The Brand Manager drives retail execution excellence for assigned supplier portfolios and serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and Euclid Beverage. This role aligns supplier objectives with company goals through strategic planning, performance management, and effective cross-functional communication.
Key responsibilities include leading supplier planning and business review meetings, partnering with sales leadership to meet distribution and volume goals, managing supplier marketing investments, and keeping the sales team informed on performance, promotions, chain activity, and new product launches. The Brand Manager also strengthens sales team knowledge and execution through brand education and field support.
As owner of assigned supplier portfolios, the Brand Manager is responsible for maximizing brand performance, ensuring strong execution, and delivering business results that benefit both suppliers and Euclid Beverage.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and executes annual business plans that align supplier objectives with Euclid Beverage's strategic goals.
- Establishes and maintains performance measurement systems to track key business metrics and retail execution standards.
- Monitors and analyzes performance against distribution, volume, and execution objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintains strong supplier relationships through regular communication, stewardship routines, and business reviews.
- Leads monthly and quarterly planning and review meetings with suppliers.
- Communicates business performance, opportunities, and corrective action plans to sales leadership.
- Serves as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for supplier interactions within Euclid Beverage.
Required Education and Experience:
- Four to five years of beverage distributor experience with a proven record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing internal and external data sources, including Encompass and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) route-to-market model.
- Beer, wine, or spirits industry experience required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:
- $58,000 - $70,000 (Annualized) Paid Weekly
