This role is a middle ground between the chaos of food service and the monotony of retail. We are seeking a dedicated Manager with experience in supervision of both individuals and processes. The Manager for Product Delivery will oversee all digitizing efforts at our Maryland store/lab in Orlando, FL and will be responsible for ensuring adherence of processes and is accountable for the upkeep of the physical space. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our digitizing process and gets to work closely with our national support team. The Manager for Product Delivery will be responsible for training, supervising (with HR support from an HR consultant), and reporting on the store/lab's progress. Experience in digitizing is not required.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the digitizing operations, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Train and supervise store/lab staff on digitizing techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Monitor daily workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare detailed reports on store/lab progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digitized products into our service offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work in our client database

Essential Job Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a professional demeanor
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a lab, food service, retail or production environment.
- Are punctual and have access to reliable personal or public transportation
- Exhibit high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Are skilled using Windows based computers
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to train and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Are motivated, quick learners with a strong work ethic
- Previous similar or office experience is a plus
- Are able to manage multiple tasks in a thorough and efficient manner

Essential Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk; use fingers, hands and arms to feel, reach, handle, push, pull, and carry; bend, lift and move 25-30 lbs
- Ability to sit at and use a computer for extended periods of time
- Tolerance for dust, mold and mildew that the employee may encounter when working with and transporting old and/or damaged film, photographs or related media
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Flexibility in start and end times is required during onboarding and training periods of new team members.
- Weekends as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
