Job Overview

Certified Caregiver – Assisted Living (FT & PT)

As a Certified Caregiver at Fellowship Square, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful connection to the lives of seniors.

Guided by our mission of serving through Christian love and excellence, you’ll support residents in living fulfilling, independent lives while being part of a compassionate, purpose-driven team.

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining)
Administer medications according to care plans
Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Respond to resident needs with urgency, dignity, and compassion
Collaborate with team members and communicate with families

What You Bring

Arizona Caregiver Certification (required)
CPR & First Aid Certification
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB test
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with seniors
A reliable, team-first mindset
