Associate Financial Advisor

Position Summary
Epic Private Wealth is seeking a full-time Associate Financial Advisor for our Richland, Washington office.
This is a client-facing advisory role for a licensed financial professional who is ready to serve existing client relationships, follow up with firm-generated leads, guide prospects through our Retirement Roadmap Financial Planning and Onboarding Process, and grow into a long-term Senior Advisor role within the firm.
The Associate Financial Advisor is expected to be highly responsive, organized, coachable, client-focused, and accountable for measurable client service and growth outcomes.
This is not a “build your own book from scratch” position. Epic Private Wealth provides marketing, lead generation, client service infrastructure, planning tools, investment resources, and senior advisor support.
This position reports to the Senior Advisor Leadership Team and works closely with senior advisors, operations, tax, marketing, and client service teams.

Primary Outcomes
The person in this role will be successful if Epic Private Wealth has:
1. Strong, proactive service for an assigned segment of existing investment clients.
2. Consistent and timely follow-up with firm-generated marketing leads.
3. Qualified prospects moved effectively through the firm’s Retirement Roadmap and onboarding process.
4. Clear CRM documentation, task management, and pipeline visibility.
5. New Retirement Roadmaps sold.
6. Completed new AUM closed/gathered.
7. A polished, client-focused advisor who can grow into a Lead Advisor role over time.
Key Deliverables and CadenceDaily Deliverables
1. Respond to new leads as quickly as possible, with a best-effort response time of 5–10 minutes and a minimum standard of within one business hour.
2. Execute the firm’s 14-day follow-up sequence for new leads and prospects.
3. Document all prospect and client interactions in Redtail CRM and/or GoHighLevel as appropriate.
4. Maintain current CRM tasks, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
5. Prepare for scheduled client, prospect, and internal meetings.
6. Communicate clearly with clients, prospects, senior advisors, operations, marketing, and tax team members.
7. Move assigned prospects and clients forward through the appropriate next step in the advisory process.
Weekly Deliverables
1. Conduct discovery or good-fit calls with marketing-generated leads.
2. Perform financial triage to determine whether prospects fit the firm’s ideal client profile, emerging wealth category, tax/planning opportunity, or are not a fit.
3. Participate in client and prospect meetings with senior advisors.
4. Prepare review meeting agendas, financial planning materials, portfolio review materials, and follow-up items.
5. Follow up with prospects, clients, and internal team members regarding outstanding planning, onboarding, or service items.
6. Review assigned client service tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
7. Maintain pipeline visibility for active prospects, Retirement Roadmap opportunities, onboarding clients, and new AUM opportunities.
Monthly Deliverables
1. Complete assigned annual or semiannual review meetings for existing client households.
2. Review assigned client relationships for service needs, planning opportunities, portfolio concerns, and follow-up items.
3. Prepare and present financial planning concepts, Retirement Roadmap materials, and client recommendations as appropriate.
4. Support new client onboarding, account opening, transfer paperwork, DocuSign workflows, and AdviceWorks/Fidelity/NFS processes.
5. Coordinate with the tax team on planning opportunities such as Roth conversions, tax-efficient retirement income planning, charitable planning, business-owner planning, and other tax-related strategies.
6. Support educational events, workshops, client events, expos, or community events as assigned.
7. Review CRM pipeline and KPI tracking with the Senior Advisor Leadership Team.
8. Participate in webinars, workshops, or educational events when scheduled.
Quarterly Deliverables
1. Review the assigned client segment to confirm review cadence, service needs, and relationship priorities.
2. Identify opportunities for additional planning, investment management, tax planning, insurance, or other coordinated services.
3. Review lead follow-up activity, conversion activity, new Retirement Roadmaps sold, and new AUM gathered.
4. Participate in quarterly advisory team planning and performance review discussions.
5. Continue development toward Lead Advisor responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
1. Active Series 65 or Series 66 license.
2. Active Life & Health Insurance License.
3. Minimum 2–3 years of advisory-related experience at another financial advisory firm.
4. Experience working directly with clients or prospects in a financial advisory environment.
5. Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and client relationship management.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
8. Ability to maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, pipeline records, and documentation.
9. Professional presence appropriate for high-net-worth and successful business-owner clients.
10. Ability to work full-time, in office, in Richland, Washington.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Active Series 7 license.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
3. CFP® candidate or actively pursuing CFP® certification.
4. Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, Fidelity/NFS, AdviceWorks, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and/or GoHighLevel.
5. Experience supporting retirement planning, investment management, tax planning coordination, or client onboarding.
6. Experience participating in webinars, workshops, client events, or educational seminars.
Compensation
Starting base salary range: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience, licensing, and fit.
Additional bonus potential: $20,000–$30,000, based on performance and asset gathering results.
Bonus opportunities may include:
1. Performance Bonus tied to client service, lead follow-up, CRM/task discipline, and execution of the firm’s advisory process.
2. Asset Gathering / Net New Revenue Growth Bonus tied primarily to New Retirement Roadmaps sold/completed and new AUM closed/gathered.

Work Location
This is a full-time, in-office position in Richland, Washington.
This is not a hybrid or remote role. Occasional after-hours, off-site, and out-of-town events may be required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
