Full Job Description

Fidelity National Title is a Fortune 500 company seeking a detail oriented, reliable and dependable individual, with recent industry experience, to join our Oxnard operation. The ideal candidate will understand and commit to total quality, unsurpassed customer service and teamwork.

The Title Assistant will offer support to existing Title Operation units. The candidate will have computer aptitude, general administrative experience, and demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and work as an individual contributor or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring and prioritizing e-mail boxes and messages
Gathering research for Title Officers as needed
Production typing and file preparation
Handling high volume phone calls
General administrative duties: Copying, filing, scanning documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

High School Diploma or GED
6 Months + of general office experience. Title Industry experience is manditory.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality driven
Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
We are willing to train the right candidate
