We are looking for a reliable, attention to detail person with high organization skills to join our team in a part-time position as a Rental Agent at a condominium complex on Siesta Key working 3 days/week. Tuesday and Saturdays are required. Thursday is the most preferable third day. This agent would be the face of our organization while multitasking on a day-to-day basis. From communicating with guests, vendors and owners, to inspecting units for quality control, as well as coordinating with housekeepers.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

For all parts of this job, the candidate must be able to climb stairs, bend over, stoop and/or get down on knees, work outside moving from home to home in rain or hot/cold weather

Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sightsee

Take reservations over the phone or from online requests

Inspect units after a clean to verify quality control

Proven work experience in customer service or guest relations, strong references needed

Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus

Must submit to background check and drug test

Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

Ability to work fulltime and flexible hours. Saturdays during certain times of the year will be mandatory.

Knowledge of TRACK, Villa Control and Breezeway Software programs are a plus
