Position: Telehealth Neurologist
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor, PRN (As-Needed)
Location: 100% Remote (Open to out-of-state candidates utilizing Florida Telehealth Registration)
Schedule: Completely Self-Directed / Flexible Hours
Compensation: 50% Net Collections Model

About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, board-certified or board-eligible Telehealth Neurologist to join our remote clinical team on a 1099 PRN basis. This role focuses on delivering high-quality neurology consultations and follow-up care within outpatient and post-acute care settings.This position offers absolute scheduling autonomy. You maintain complete control over your calendar—allowing you to easily scale your hours up or down to perfectly complement your existing clinical responsibilities, fellowship, or private practice.Why Our Compensation Model Works for You

Uncapped Earning Potential: Your clinical efficiency translates directly into financial upside. Because there are no flat hourly caps, your revenue grows alongside your patient volume and workflow speed.

Strategic Scheduling Support

We optimize your calendar to help you maximize your time:

Block Scheduling Density: You open the hours you want to work, and our administrative team handles the patient loading. We actively bundle appointments into tight, high-density blocks during your available windows to streamline your day and minimize gaps.
Administrative Partnership: Our dedicated billing department handles all coding submission, collections management, and payer follow-up, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual neurology consultations and follow-up evaluations for post-acute or outpatient individuals during your self-selected availability.
Formulate, implement, and monitor digital treatment plans for chronic and acute neurological conditions (e.g., post-stroke recovery, cognitive disorders, epilepsy management).
Complete electronic clinical documentation promptly via our integrated telehealth EMR platform to ensure rapid billing cycles.
Collaborate virtually with on-site facility coordinators or primary care teams when necessary.

Role Requirements

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Medical License in the State of Florida.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical neurology experience preferred; prior experience with digital health platforms or remote post-acute care is a plus.
Infrastructure: A secure, high-speed internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Pay: $130.00 - $170.00 per hour
