Freelance Patent Attorney / Registered USPTO Agent – Hardware & Power Systems (Remote)

Description:

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Patent Prosecutor or Registered Patent Agent to draft a complete utility specification and a bulletproof set of defensive claims for a structural hardware assembly layout.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft the comprehensive background, summary, and detailed description sections focusing on the spatial arrangement and mounting of analog sensors, shielded triaxial/coaxial cabling, and protective connection enclosures.
Construct an impenetrable set of independent and dependent claims designed to withstand rigorous USPTO examination and eliminate any potential design-around loopholes.
Manage the initial filing and procedural strategy under the U.S. provisional patent framework.

Requirements:

Active registration as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Solid technical background in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Industrial Automation Systems.
Experience in drafting structural hardware layouts and physical connectivity enclosures is mandatory. Former patent examiner status is a significant plus.
