Summary

As a Caregiver at Frontida Assisted Living Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Located in a supportive environment, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents' health conditions.
Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
Communicate effectively with team members and families regarding resident needs and progress.
Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or senior care preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
