Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker / Assembler / Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by assembling components, operating machinery, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience working within a factory or manufacturing facility. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in assembly, equipment operation, and quality control.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools and power tools in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
Operate manufacturing equipment such as forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently.
Support the production line by ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet daily targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products, identifying defects or issues for correction.
Assist with inventory management by handling warehouse materials and supplies.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve workflow processes.

Qualifications

Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is highly desirable.
Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
