Remote Radiology Support Specialist/Clinical Support Representative – Remote Outside of CA

Remote | Full-Time | $18.50–$20.00/hr (DOE)

Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is hiring a Remote Radiology Support Specialist (Clinical Support Representative) to support our radiologists and imaging teams by coordinating diagnostic imaging studies and ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

Assign imaging studies to radiologists for timely review and reporting.
Provide direct support to radiologists in both outpatient and emergency department settings.
Promptly communicate and escalate critical findings to the appropriate care teams.
Monitor and resolve worklist discrepancies by collaborating with imaging leaders, technologists, referring physicians, and radiologists.
Ensure all imaging studies are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain a strong sense of urgency in patient care, recognizing the impact of timely communication and interpretation.
Contribute to a culture of accuracy, professionalism, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in healthcare is preferred, including radiology, hospital registration, patient access, emergency department, medical office, imaging center, referral coordination, scheduling, or other clinical support roles.
Solid knowledge of medical and radiology terminology and anatomy.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and professionalism.
Critical thinking, decision-making, and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
