SUMMARY
Maximize brand awareness in retail trade rough, effective use of POS, displays and cooler positioning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Install/replace all permanent POS.
Support entire Sales Department with placing all paper and promotional POS.
Develop and implement specific account objectives with Marketing Services Manager daily.
Design and build all promotional/decorative displays to support selling effort, increase volume, and maximize brand visibility.
Clean all POS on a regular basis.
Assure A-B POS has best positioning in all retail accounts.
Required to take on special assignments as necessary, (i.e. cap events, etc.).
Occasionally may be asked to deliver and/or assist a driver delivering cases and/or barrels.
Merchandiser's duties on premises consists of:
Decorate on premise accounts for special/theme promotions with banners,
ballons, streamers, etc.
Install/replace all permanent POS.
Clean all POS on a regular basis.
Attend special promotions as requested.
Merchandiser's duties off premises consists of:
Provide "pull up" service for retailers as requested/required.
Executes/maintains merchandising schedule for key accounts as requested.
Merchandisers must ensure:
Customer oriented attitude with retailers at all times.
Good working relationship with pre-salesmen and other company personnel.
