Full Job Description

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Whether supporting food preparation, assisting with bussing, or helping with general cleaning duties, you'll be an essential part of our hospitality team dedicated to excellence.

Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly.
Clean used grill pans.
Support food preparation tasks by handling basic ingredients and assisting culinary staff as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and surface sanitization.
Help with catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service operations.

Skills

Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices.
Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations preferred.
Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks with attention to cleanliness.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of catering or banquet service operations is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
