We are currently seeking a Key Holder for our Greenwich Avenue location.
What We're Looking For:
We are in search of an experienced Key Holder for our Greenwich Avenue location, someone who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while also managing various aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, passionate individual who takes pride in their work and team, and has a strong focus on driving sales. Our leaders are stylish, ambitious, and capable of inspiring their teams while maintaining a laser focus on results. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Key Holder, you will be integral to developing and energizing a team that consistently provides outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance by consistently monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking actions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Achieve both personal and store-wide sales and KPI goals.
- Provide excellent customer service through on-the-spot coaching, role modeling, and by using customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maximize team sales potential through product knowledge education, coaching on sales techniques, and leading by example.
- Manage inventory/operations processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean and presentable.
- Train, develop, and assess sales associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Organize and manage the store’s scheduling needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security policies.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of retail supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- 2-4 years of retail operations experience
- Strong customer service, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of children’s fashion is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; you thrive in a team environment, both with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset; you take ownership and are ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Attention to detail; you understand that even small things—whether it’s store cleanliness or adjusting a display—can make a big impact.
- Problem-solving skills; you enjoy identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a wide range of responsibilities each day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to navigate stairs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
