Warehouse Fabric Specialist

We're looking for a Warehouse Fabric Specialist to join our team in a clean, quiet warehouse filled with beautiful fabrics from around the world. If you've ever worked at Joann, in a fabric store, quilting shop, sewing business, or simply have a strong understanding of fabrics and textiles, we'd love to hear from you!
This is not a desk job. It's an active, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in doing things right, and doesn't mind getting their daily workout at work. Expect to walk several miles a day, lift up to 35 lbs., squat, bend, and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing fabric orders
- Measuring and cutting fabric accurately
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Organizing warehouse materials
- General warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
- Helping ensure every customer order is correct and beautifully prepared
The Most Important Things to Know
This job is physically demanding.
You'll be:
- Walking thousands of steps every day
- Standing for most of your shift
- Squatting, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the warehouse
- Lifting and carrying fabric and boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
Attention to detail is absolutely essential.

Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Clean background record
Pay & Benefits
Starting at $16.00/hour depending on experience with opportunities for advancement based on performance, skills, and experience.
