Role Description The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in East Hampton, NY. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations to support an excellent in-store experience. Daily tasks include processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with inventory counts. The Retail Associate helps maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment, including checking product labels, rotating stock, and ensuring compliance with age-verification requirements. This position also supports opening and closing procedures, restocking, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move boxes of products as needed.
- Interest in or willingness to learn about wines and spirits; prior retail or hospitality experience is beneficial.
