Bitmedia Labs is an international product company founded in 2014. Today, we’re a team of 150+ specialists working globally, building products used by millions worldwide.

Our work spans two core areas:
Game Development — browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
Digital Advertising — high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.

We believe great products are built by people who take ownership — shaping direction, making decisions, and seeing their work turn into real impact. Now we’re looking for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join our marketing content team and help shape the voice of our Web3 gaming product across multiple channels, and move our products forward.

Responsibilities

Write campaign copy for paid media, banners, SEO, and email, including A/B variations and format adaptations;
Localize and adapt messaging for multiple regions/languages based on a master version;
Optimize and QA landing pages, websites and campaign copy for clarity, conversion, brand voice, and error-free handoff;
Support campaign planning with copy variations for A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, short vs long-form);
Collaborate with Designers, UA/Performance Marketers, Product, and Community Managers to ensure consistency and clarity;
Research competitors and trends to keep messaging relevant and culturally aligned;
Maintain a simple content library: taglines, value propositions, FAQ snippets, and brand voice guidelines;
Proofread and polish content to ensure correctness, readability, and strong storytelling.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in copywriting/content writing;
English level: Advanced;
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (audience, positioning, CTA, conversion-oriented writing);
Interest in gaming culture;
Ability to work with feedback, meet deadlines, and deliver multiple iterations quickly;
Attention to detail and consistency in tone and terminology.

Nice to have

Familiarity with SEO basics and writing briefs;
Experience collaborating with UA/performance teams and writing ad copy;
Experience writing for gaming products or Discord communities.
