Junior Cybersecurity Analyst (Level 1)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish required)

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support day-to-day security operations, monitoring, and incident response activities within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor security logs (firewalls, Active Directory, banking systems)

· Manage user access and credential requests

· Respond to security alerts and escalate incidents

· Assist IT teams during malware or security incidents

· Identify vulnerabilities and outdated systems

Requirements

· 1–3 years of IT or cybersecurity experience

· Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or security tools

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Bilingual Spanish/English required

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary - WITH benefits
