Field Sales Supervisor – Appointment Setting at Events, Festivals & Fairs

Full-Time | Weekends Required | Base + Performance Pay
We are looking for a hands-on field sales supervisor to join our teams at fairs, festivals, home shows, expos, and community events throughout the greater Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, and surrounding areas.
This is not a desk job, social media job, event planning job, or corporate marketing role.
This is a working supervisor position. You will be on your feet, talking to the public, setting appointments, helping set up and break down booths, training brand ambassadors, and leading by example in the field.
We attend 30+ events per year, and our job is to generate qualified appointments for travel and timeshare resort presentations. We need someone who is competitive, confident, physically capable, and comfortable approaching strangers all day.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You will:
- Set up, run, and break down event booths at fairs, festivals, expos, and shows
- Travel to events throughout the Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, and surrounding markets
- Personally approach and pitch 100+ people per day
- Book qualified appointments for travel / vacation ownership presentations
- Recruit, train, and lead brand ambassadors and face-to-face marketers
- Work alongside your team instead of managing from the sidelines
- Coach reps on approach, energy, pitch, objections, and closing
- Make sure the booth is staffed, professional, organized, and producing
- Track results, appointments, deposits, show rates, and rep performance
- Build relationships with event organizers, vendors, and promoters
- Work weekends and long event days during peak season
This Role Is a Fit If You Are
- A strong face-to-face salesperson
- Comfortable approaching strangers all day
- Competitive and motivated by production-based earnings
- Able to lead by example instead of just giving instructions
- Experienced in sales, promotions, events, door-to-door, retail sales, canvassing, timeshare, lead generation, or brand ambassador work
- Strong enough to lift, carry, transport, and set up booth materials
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage event logistics
- Comfortable working 8-hour shifts on your feet
- Available to work weekends
- Able to travel between events from Everett to Seattle to Tacoma and nearby areas
- Someone who wants to build and lead a winning field team

- A job where you manage one or two events per year
- A job where you sit at a booth and wait for people to come to you
- A role where you only manage others but do not personally sell
This is an active, high-energy, performance-based field sales role.
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift and set up booth materials
- Strong face-to-face sales or promotional experience
- Comfortable working events, crowds, and fast-paced environments
- Willingness to personally pitch the public every shift

Compensation
This position includes base pay plus performance-based earnings.
A large part of the income comes from personal production and team results, so this is best for someone who is confident in their ability to sell, lead, and win in the field.
Pay range: $60,000 – $105,000+ per year depending on production and performance.

We are looking for a sales-driven field supervisor who can work events, talk to everyone, recruit a team, and produce appointments every weekend.
