OB-GYN Physician, One Hour North of NYC | 4-Day Work Week | $50K Sign-On Bonus

Join a well-established OB/GYN practice serving a culturally diverse patient population just outside New York City. This opportunity offers a highly supportive practice environment, flexible scheduling, manageable delivery volume, and a strong emphasis on physician balance and patient-centered care. Whether you're a new graduate or experienced physician, you'll step into a collaborative setting designed to let you focus more on patients and less on administrative burden.

A PRACTICE BUILT AROUND SUPPORT

This team has created an environment focused on efficiency, collaboration, and continuity of care.

Four-day work week with flexible clinic scheduling
Two office days, one dedicated GYN day, and one 24-hour hospital call shift weekly
Three dedicated support staff per physician plus scribes provided
Access to a strong sonography program and 24/7 Maternal-Fetal Medicine support

A MORE BALANCED OB/GYN MODEL

This opportunity was designed to support long-term physician sustainability and work-life balance.

Post-call day off built into the weekly schedule
Manageable delivery and surgical volume
Lowest C-section rate in the country
Two nurses handle phone calls with dedicated RN support for high-risk patients

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive salary with annual increases
$50,000 sign-on bonus plus paid time off and 401(k)
