Envision Physician Services, in partnership with Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas, is launching a new Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship, creating an opportunity to help lead and shape the program as an Assistant Program Director.
In the Assistant Program Director role, a key focus is leading the development and growth of a new Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship, shaping the clinical, educational, and strategic direction of the program while supporting fellows as they care for a diverse and complex patient population in one of the busiest pediatric emergency departments in North Texas. The fellowship is designed to cultivate confident clinicians, educators, scholars, and leaders through an education-focused experience that includes high-impact didactics, hands-on simulation, point-of-care ultrasound training, and a thoughtfully developed curriculum that challenges fellows and drives ongoing clinical excellence and innovation. Contribute to initiatives that enhance patient care and help shape the future of pediatric emergency medicine.
Our department maintains a strong academic presence within the HCA Medical City Healthcare University of North Texas Health Sciences GME consortium, with a proven track record of research publications and national conference presentations at SAEM, CORD, ACEP, PAS, and AAP. The program also benefits from collaboration with the EM residency, creating meaningful opportunities for academic teaching and mentorship for fellows.
