We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team as a clinical, consultative and commercial partner supporting the growth and adoption of our company's therapeutic capital equipment solutions. This role combines clinical expertise, customer education, practice development, and internal sales enablement to drive utilization, brand awareness, improve patient outcomes and support revenue growth for the company. This role sits at the intersection of clinical education, customer success, product training, sales support, and practice development.
As a vital link between our organization and the medical community, you will champion customer success, foster strong provider and distributor relationships, educate the masses on our technology, and promote our cutting-edge clinical products. Your energetic approach, customer enthusiasm, clinical expertise and technical proficiency on our devices will empower healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes while expanding our market presence.
This is not a traditional nursing, hospital, marketing, or administrative role. This position is best suited for someone with hands-on experience in physical medicine, rehabilitation, sports medicine, chiropractic, athletic training, therapy support, medical assisting, or clinical device education who enjoys teaching, presenting, learning technology, and helping clinics successfully integrate new therapeutic equipment into practice.
The ideal candidate needs to be clinically credible, organized, coachable, comfortable speaking with healthcare providers, willing to travel extensively, and excited about helping practices improve patient care while also understanding the business side of technology adoption.

We are especially interested in candidates who understand outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, chiropractic, physical medicine, pelvic health, wellness, or cash-based practice models.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide clinical onboarding and product training for new customers after purchase, including device operation, treatment setup, workflow integration, and appropriate clinical use.
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, training sessions, webinars, and educational programs for clinicians, sales representatives, distributors, and customers.
Help clinics understand how to integrate therapeutic technologies into real-world patient care, including treatment flow, patient selection, provider workflow, and practice implementation.
Support pre-sales education by helping prospective customers understand the clinical value, practical use, and business opportunity of the technology.
Partner with sales leadership and distribution teams to support customer adoption, utilization, and long-term success.
Serve as a clinical and product resource for internal sales teams, customers, and distributor partners.
Assist in the development of clinical education materials, training resources, presentations, onboarding content, and provider-facing support tools.
Stay informed on rehabilitation trends, physical medicine technologies, competitive products, and clinical applications relevant to the company’s product portfolio.
Represent the company professionally at trainings, customer visits, conferences, workshops, and industry events.
Travel Requirement
This is a remote position with significant travel. Candidates should expect approximately 50–75% travel for customer trainings, field support, product demonstrations, conferences, workshops, distributor support, and company events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is clinically curious, energetic, organized, and comfortable working with both clinicians and sales teams. They can explain technology clearly, build trust with providers, and help practices understand how to use therapeutic equipment effectively and responsibly.
Strong candidates will likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Outpatient physical therapy
Athletic training or sports medicine
Chiropractic or physical medicine
Orthopedics or musculoskeletal care
Rehabilitation technology
Medical device training or sales support
Clinical education or provider onboarding
Wellness, longevity, or cash-based clinical services
Required Qualifications
Relevant clinical, rehabilitation, healthcare, sports medicine, physical medicine, or medical device experience.
Comfortable presenting to healthcare providers, clinic owners, sales teams, and decision-makers.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain clinical and technical concepts in a practical, easy-to-understand way.
Ability to learn therapeutic technologies and teach others how to use them safely and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple customers, trainings, and follow-up responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, basic presentation tools, and general business technology.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50–75% for customer training, sales support, conferences, workshops, and field events.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health, clinical, exercise science, rehabilitation, or related field.
Clinical credential or certification such as ATC, PTA, OTA, PT, DC, RN, CMA, MA, CSCS, Exercise Physiologist, or similar relevant background.
Experience with therapeutic capital equipment, rehabilitation devices, medical technology, or clinical product education.
Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, chiropractic, orthopedics, pelvic health, pain management, or wellness environments.
Experience supporting sales teams, customer onboarding, clinical implementation, or practice development.
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
A meaningful incentive bonus opportunity is available based on individual role performance, customer success, and company growth.
